Coordination and operational support of the introduction of the HISinOne campus management system (the focus of exam management) Configuration and Customizing of the Examination Management Module in the Campus Management System HISinOne in coordination with the project management and the participating departments Technical implementation of project requirements, including Adjustments in the system, integration of interfaces and data provision (e.g. using SQL queries) Participation in test, rollout and support phases, including Quality assurance, fault management and documentation in close coordination with the project participants Digitization, optimization and documentation of processes in the field of student and audit management Consulting, training and support of users (w/m/d) through workshops and training during the introduction and transition phase Establishment and maintenance of structured knowledge management as well as the creation of technical and organizational documentation to prepare for the later regular operation

Successfully completed university studies, e.g. computer science, business informatics or a comparable IT-oriented qualification First professional experience in the care of specialist applications, ideally in higher education or in public administration Finded knowledge of SQL and customizing standard software Experience in process analysis and documentation is advantageous Ideally, knowledge in dealing with campus management systems, preferably HISinOne Embossed analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working and a good understanding of complex processes Communication strength, service orientation and team skills High self-initiative, readiness to learn and a positive attitude towards digitalisation and change
