Then you will be part of our staff service team at the Pfullendorf site as Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) in parttime with 20-25 hours / week

You are jointly responsible for the professional and correct monthly billing in compliance with legal, collective and operational regulations. In addition, you take over tasks of time recording and personnel administration, such as e.g. the independent, timely and professional collection, care and processing of all personnel master data throughout the entire personal life cycle. The creation of reports and statistics as well as the annual financial statements are also part of your diverse range of tasks. You act as a contact person (m/w/d) for professionals and executives in all questions relevant to the billing and communicate with internal and external bodies such as authorities, offices and health insurance.

You have successfully completed training, ideally with a focus on human resources or as a tax specialist (m/w/d). You have already been able to collect relevant professional experience in pay billing and therefore provide comprehensive and versatile knowledge in the current labour, wage tax and social security law. You are safe to handle SAP HCM as well as the common MS Office systems. In addition, you are routined in the advice and support of employees and executives and bring a high level of social competence as well as a pronounced team and communication skills.
