As an impetus and visionary with courage to change and innovative ideas, you are actively driving the future of AOK Sachsen-Anhalt. They take responsibility, think beyond industry boundaries and independently set impulses to create new ways. In close cooperation with the internal areas, you will not only work with you – you will make active, questionable and develop forward-looking solutions for the AOK SAN. Based on proven innovation methods, you create appropriate framework conditions for new ones. They develop appropriate framework conditions for innovation, identify promising strategic cooperations/partners (start-ups, companies) and evaluate their potential for further developing our offer. Its view goes beyond the edge of health care, with the development of strategic partnerships. As a strategic Sparring partner, you support decision-makers in implementing new approaches. They position the AOK SAN as a pioneer – also towards politics and the public. In doing so, you combine innovation competence with clear implementation orientation and thus strengthen the position of AOK SAN. Networking, market monitoring and exchange with technology leaders are yours. Trade fair visits and the active exchange with technology leaders are of course part of this - always with the aim of anchoring innovation sustainably in the AOK SAN. They report directly to top management and shape active change not only with– but think ahead.

They have completed their studies (e.g. in the field, economics, sociology, health sciences, etc.) or alternatively have vocational training and professional experience relevant to several years. They are a person who loves new things and thinks the” Out ofthe Box. They have extensive, practical knowledge of strategies, methods and tools for systematic innovation processes. Ideally, you have an understanding of digital technologies, know-how on the framework conditions of statutory health insurance and established regulations in the healthcare sector. With excellent communication and network capabilities, you drive innovations and convince your counterpart. You combine your own initiative with a structured way of working that is clearly oriented towards objectives. Experiences in project management complete your profile. We require German knowledge at least on C1 level as well as a safe handling of MS Office products.
