You program and optimize your own CNC programs for new and serial parts and ensure a smooth production process. You test, judge, serve and equip our CNC machines and ensure economical production. You create and optimize setup plans as well as judge and miss tools for precise processing. With your technical understanding, you opt for existing manufacturing processes and actively contribute to continuous improvement. You read technical drawings and implement their specifications precisely in production. Quality controls are carried out independently with the standard measuring instruments and ensure compliance with our quality standards. You push the procurement of operating and auxiliary materials and thus support a trouble-free production process. Through the maintenance and maintenance of our machine park, you make an important contribution to plant availability.

You bring a completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification. Your experience in setting up and programming CNC machines makes you a valuable team member. You have knowledge in at least one of the following areas:Frästechnik with Heidenhain control on Hermle milling machines turning technology with Siemens 840D SL on spinning lathes or Long turning technology with Fanuc control as well as TB-Deco or TISIS pilot deco on TORNOS long turning machines.

The safe handling of measuring instruments and technical drawings is part of everyday work for you and supports your high quality awareness. Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) is advantageous, but no prerequisite. You work independently, carefully and responsibly and convince with a quality-oriented way of working.
