The EUREGIO-KLINIK is centrally located in Nordhorn and has established itself as a clinic for basic and primary care in the course of its over 100 years of history. With around 1,600 employees, we are one of the largest employers in the region. In our 13 main departments, four document divisions, in the medical care centres and competence centres, we provide more than 20,000 stationary and around 100,000 outpatient patients each year. We have 522 beds available. The Department of Anaesthesiology, Postoperative Intensive Medicine, Pain Therapy and Palliative Medicine offers you the wide range of anaesthesiological activity. We provide more than 10,000 patients annually intraoperatively in the clinics General and Visceral Surgery, Women's Medicine and Obstetrics, Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, Nasal and Ear Medicine, Accident and Hand Surgery, Orthopaedics as well as oral and facial Surgery. All modern anaesthesia procedures including Sonography based regional anaesthesia are used. While we provide more than 700 operative patients each year at the intensive care and monitoring station, more than 400 patients are supplied annually at the pain and palliative station under the guidance of the anaesthesia. The activity is rounded off by the emergency medical care of the county of Bentheim with more than 1,400 operations annually. The clinic has the following training authorizations: 60 months of anesthesiology, 18 months of intensive medicine, 12 months of special pain therapy and 12 months of palliative medicine. .
