For the organization unit, we are looking for a forum management and special tasks at the next possible event for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site Product Manager (m/w/d).

The business unit stands for the design of the customer and institute-oriented fields of demand under the perspective of strengthening FI in the role of digitalisation partners.

Coordination, creation and address-oriented preparation of project and committee documents Coordination and support of large-scale projects as well as structured preparation and follow-up of large project meetings Creation and continuous maintenance of the order book based on project and portfolio planning Ensuring compliance with regulatory and qualitative standards within the framework of project and committee work Active stakeholder management and targeted communication with internal and external stakeholders Use of AI tools to optimize portfolio planning and create forum documents Technical cooperation on the further development of relevant topics within demand field teams

Successfully completed business studies or comparable training, ideally in the financial/bank sector or in the management consultancy At least two to three years of professional experience High level of organisational skills and responsibility and quality awareness Strong and presentation-proof appearance at different hierarchical levels and in cooperation with different stakeholders Good feeling for visual design and presentation preparation as well as pronounced speech feeling and joy in storytelling Very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) readiness for regular travel activities
