At the Leibniz Institute for Educational Courses, the following place is to be occupied in part-time as of 01.09.2025 (max. E13 TV-L, 80%) and at first indefinitely until 30.06.2026: The Leibniz Institute for Educational Studies (LIfBi) with around 250 employees is an independent research and infrastructure facility for empirical education research and a member of the Leibniz Association. The core of the institute is the National Education Panel (NEPS), the largest long-term education study in Germany. The job is primarily concerned with tasks in the context of the BMBF-funded refugee study, "Education paths of refugees children and young people" (BWF). In this research project, young refugees are accompanied longitudinally in their integration into the German educational system. Two cohorts are considered: 1. primary school children who are accompanied at their transition to secondary school. 2. Young adults who are observed at the transition from school to transition system, vocational training, study or labour market. They work in a project team of about 10 employees with a scientific or non-scientific focus at the Bamberg site.
