We – Apleona Facility Management GmbH – are looking for Haustechniker (w/m/d) in Erfurt - JobID 26188 Do you enjoy keeping systems running, solving disturbances directly and being a reliable contact for users? Then come to Apleona as a home technician (w/m/d) and take responsibility for the technical operation of modern buildings – with clear tasks, a fixed object and a team that holds together.

You ensure the maintenance and safe operation of the technical facilities in the building. You analyze and troubleshoot technical disorders and carry out minor repairs independently. You document your work and maintain error, testing, maintenance and inspection reports in the specified systems. You coordinate foreign companies in maintenance work and control the services performed.

Complete technical training, e.g. as an electronic, plant mechanic SHK, mechatronic or comparable qualification Professional experience in a similar position in the field of building technology or building technology is desirable Customer-oriented way of thinking, reliable and independent working Willingness to participate in the call readiness service – with additional remuneration Driving licence class B required
