They support the department in the day-to-day business (e.g. creation of offer comparisons according to the requirements of the Commodity Manager, preparation of presentations, etc.) and take part in the project purchase with time They support current special topics and accompany the purchasing department in the design of new processes and internal digitalization They support the maintenance and evaluation of databases They support the creation of Excel evaluations as well as the continuation of the purchase control They support the maintenance of the procurement plan, the storage of documents and the maintenance of master data and the contact database of creditors

You are currently studying successfully at a University of Applied Sciences Economic Engineering or Business Informatics with business or technical focus They have a basic technical and commercial understanding and work quickly into new topics You are safe in handling MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) and have ideally already experience with SAP R3 Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the field through internships, student work or vocational training. They have knowledge of German and have good knowledge of English in word and writing Care, integrity and the joy of dealing with people complete their profile
