Our client is an established medium-sized company in which the financial sector works closely with the management as a central control and control entity. This function ensures the validity of financial data, liquidity management and reliable final and reporting processes. A key focus is on the continuous optimization and digitization of accounting and release processes. In addition, the transition from externally supported services to fully internal accounting is actively controlled. The position is directly linked to the management and includes the technical and disciplinary management of financial accounting in close coordination with the commercial assistance.

Responsibility for the weekly liquidity planning and settlement, as well as the supervision of the cash flow statement to ensure paymentability Strategic planning and control of funding and loan retrievals in coordination with management and relevant external partners Final check and release of payment runs, debits and monthly sales tax pre-registrations in the four-eye principle Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB as well as central contact person for tax advice and audit Further development, digitization and documentation of accounting processes including optimization of audit and release workflows as well as control of the internalization of accounting

Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification, e.g. Multiannual professional experience in a senior financial function or senior controlling, ideally in a dynamic environment with a need for change Very safe handling of DATEV, especially companies online and smart transfer, as well as routine working with ERP and CRM systems Analytical strength and high quality standards to ensure valid financial data, clean accounting and reliable financial statements according to HGB Enforcement strength in release processes, clear communication to management and team as well as proactive hands-on mentality for process digitization
