In a newly created function, we are looking for an executive assistance of the management (m/w/d) that acts both strategically and operatively – from direct support of the management to active participation in the daily business. You have experience in building organizational structures and introducing efficient processes? You combine structure, pragmatism and implementation strength to ensure growth and professionalism in early business phases? You want an agile environment and have a strong pioneering spirit? Supporting the management of strategic, operational and organisational tasks in daily business Construction, optimization and scaling of internal processes and organizational structures Working with the introduction and further development of management systems (ISO standards) Creation and maintenance of guidelines, process documentation and quality proofs Coordination of projects, audits, events and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

A completed study/training in the field of engineering, business, communication or comparable Hands-on-personality with high transposition strength and pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation Experience in building, structuring and further development of organizations - at best in the startup environment High self-initiative, sense of responsibility, discretion and safe handling of digital tools and collaboration platforms Knowledge in project, process and task management as well as the English language complete your profile
