Personnel Planner Duty & Shift Planning Operations (m/f/d)

End-to-end management for the service and deployment planning of the operational areas with about 350 employees Operational daily control (e.g. failures, shifts, short-term adjustments) Central contact person for team management as well as operational executives around planning topics Close cooperation with operational controlling, personnel controlling and HR Creation of planned evaluations to ensure plan quality and stability

experience in personnel deployment, service or capacity planning or a comparable operational control function Very good understanding of capacities, needs and layer and application logics High resilience and ability to control multiple topics in parallel Clear communication and enforcement at operational level Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe handling of planning and evaluation tools (e.g. Excel, workforce tools, time recording systems) Hands-on-Mentiality, Own Responsibility and Pleasure of Decision Qualifications Completed commercial training or comparable qualification A degree is not necessary in principle - extended qualifications and relevant professional experience can be taken into account when designing the job. Experience in dynamic, operational environments with changing needs Ideal experience in the service or insurance environment
