This will bring you

• Completed training in a technical field, preferably mechatronics (m/w/d), microtechnologes (m/w/d) or electronics (m/w/d) for machine and plant engineering or similar field
• Ideally multi-year professional experience as a plant manager (m/w/d) of complex machines and systems
• Precise and independent operation
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
• organisational skills, team skills and fun at the responsible work
• Full layer readiness

This will make you

• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of the latest generation semiconductor manufacturing plant
• Identification of disturbances and their professional remedy
• Documentation of tests before and after the processes
• Introduction of productivity-oriented improvement measures in cooperation between different departments and suppliers
• Participation in the qualification of new equipment
• Implementation of employee training
