Responsibility for receivable management (including guarantees, payment receipts, dunning and audit of accounts) Commercial support of suppliers and contractors incl. Monitoring of liabilities and special holdings Support for annual and semi-annual financial statements and for controlling tasks (budget planning, forecasting, cost center controlling) Commercial administration of working groups (ARGE/Bietergemeinschaften) incl. Contract management Partner accounts and deposits and distributions Processing of insurance matters, in particular damage management and audits of insurance conditions Ensuring the organisational processes of the branch (office organisation, placement, digitization, IT coordination) Support for branch management in legal and commercial issues Compilation of statistics and participation in project discussions

Complete commercial studies, like in the field of business management with a focus on controlling or accounting, or a comparable qualification Alternatively, a completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in the construction field Multiannual professional experience in the described task Secure handling of SAP and MS-Office, knowledge in ITWO are advantageous Embossed Analytical, Solution-oriented and Structured Operation Team player*in with communication and organizational strength and enforcement strength
