Support of the external service team as a contact person for all matters Management of customer visit reports and tracking of patterns, promotional materials etc. Responsibility for the correct maintenance of the CRM system Shipping of training documents, order forms and similar Organization of seminars, video and telephone conferences for the field service team Creation of sales and sales reports
