What you can expect Conducting analyses on the procurement market Visibility, detection and structuring of the possibilities in a supplier portfolio deriving necessary strategies and recommendations for action taking into account global developments, internal requirements and holistic cost assessments Continuous improvement of the procurement process Development of new suppliers and their systematic construction Leading price negotiations and developing procurement decisions in ongoing projects

What you bring Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. industrial engineering or mechanical engineering) or comparable Professional experience in strategic purchasing Experience in special machine construction or project-controlled procurement environment desirable Secure handling of MS Office as well as ERP skills, ideally SAP MM Strong systematic and structured way of working with the ability to reduce complex content to the essentials and to present it efficiently for decision-making Excellent team skills and competencies in collaboration with other departments Safe and competent occurrence and communication skills High motivation Good English skills, other foreign languages of advantage
