Junior Agile Delivery Manager in Private Banking with Direct Entry PLUS

Your core tasks include: Management of finance, resources, service providers and risks in the agile implementation units (domains) in close coordination with the domain management (co-)responsibility for the development, implementation and further development of reporting and reporting in the respective (sub) domain/teams (e.g. productivity indicators, medium use) support in ensuring the availability of the respective (sub) domain/teams; Identification and solution of conflicts, dependencies and obstacles Coordination of customer-oriented implementation of domain-internal or domain-wide topics along the entire customer journey - from the objective to the acceptance and representation in the experts Application (scaled) agile frameworks and methods and adaptation to the needs of the respective (sub) domain/teams You are a graduate or have already gained first professional experience and are you inspiring for a specific topic? Your PLUS in our six-month accompanying program are network events to quickly establish contacts, online learning courses and on-site training, hospitations in relevant interface departments as well as workshops and lectures. Successfully completed economics or IT-related studies with additional economics First practical experience and method skills in agile, classic and hybrid approach models Practical expertise in relevant applications for controlling agile units (Jira, Clarity PPM) as well as knowledge in common purchasing/procuring applications (e.g. SAP Ariba) desirable Embossed agile mindset, persuasiveness and enforcement Very good conceptual and analytical skills combined with binding, sovereign and empathic appearance Proactive, decision-making, customer-oriented and entrepreneurial attitude We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
