Successfully completed studies or comparable commercial training with corresponding further training Multiannual professional and management experience in order management, back office, operations or process management detectable experience in the optimization and digitization of administrative processes Very good knowledge of modern ERP, CRM and document management systems (e.g. Sage, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or comparable) Experience with workflow automation (e.g. Power Automate, Make, Zapier or n8n) Safe handling of modern AI applications such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or comparable solutions Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Representative communication and leadership skills High initiative, willingness to design and enthusiasm for innovation That's what distinguishes you You question existing processes and always seek better solutions.
