IT- Anwendungsbetreuer / Applications Manager (m/f/d)

Application support: You enter, manage, and optimise operating software and web applications and ensure their safe operation. Error analysis and support: You are analysing disturbances, correcting errors and are the central contact person for application-related questions of the departments. Project cooperation: You are actively involved in IT and digitalization projects, especially in the introduction of new applications. Selection, procurement and license management: You support the departments in the selection, procurement and license management of new applications and accompany the process from request to use. Concepts, documentation and training: You create and apply application-related service, use-case, authorization, redundancy and security concepts, document the applications, train users and work with external service providers.

Completion: You have a completed training in the IT field (e.g. specialist in system integration) or a study with IT reference (e.g. computer science) or a comparable qualification with practical experience. IT infrastructure & application knowledge: You have very good knowledge of server, client and application technologies, as well as IT data management, bringing a solid understanding of underlying infrastructures and their interaction with applications. Basic database know-how is available. Project & implementation experience: Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in cooperation with IT projects, especially in the planning and implementation of software or digitization projects. Structured operation & documentation: You document, understandably, practice-oriented and target-group-oriented and coordinate your tasks independently, reliably and structured. Teamability & own initiative: You like to work in the team, think beyond your own area of responsibility and actively introduce ideas for developing applications and processes.
