Number: MER0003ZUW With our semiconductor strategy in RD-MP/E (Digitalization, Quality & Processes Semiconductors), we want to establish ourselves in a future-proof manner through direct purchasing, securing the supplier quality and the capacity management of semiconductor components. In a direct business relationship with semiconductor manufacturers, technological, commercial and strategic aspects of sustainable supply protection will be taken into account. In the case of innovations and new developments, we are not only in the middle of the value chain from the outset. These challenges include: Further development of existing methods, processes and digitization topics with regard to semiconductor components

Support for digitalisation solutions

Support in contractual matters

Preparation of presentations and support in the implementation of workshops

Modeling & Transfer of Semiconductor-specific Processes to a New Standard

Preparation of training documents and implementation of training within departments

The activity can begin from April 2026.

BWL, Economic Law, Industrial Engineering or Comparable

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS-Office (Makro programming knowledge of advantage)

Experiences with Power-BI, Jira and Co

Commitment and team skills

Communication and presentation capability

Analytical thinking and strategic working
