Head of the BDKJ Diocesan Association as part of the Board of Management Personnel management, qualification and accompaniment of employees Representation of the interests of the Catholic youth association work at the federal, state, district and diocesan level through committee work, political and ecclesial networking Responsibility for the Public Relations of the BDKJ Diocesan Association Organization, coordination and implementation of diocesan projects and events incl. Successfully completed university studies or a successfully completed training as an administrative specialist (BLII) knowledge of the management and administration of non-profit associations and in dealing with the tax requirements of non-profit associations Safe handling of the MS Office package Communication skills, organizational skills, independent working, team skills Willingness to work in the evening and weekend Identification with the objectives and tasks of the Catholic Church and the BDKJ
