More added value as an employer can be found here This is your job: You take the active, holistic and self-sponsored advice and support of assigned real estate customers and construction companies with comparable complexity as corporate customers in the function of a relationshipship manager/an relationsship manager using a structured consulting approach including Potential recognition on the private side. You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers and are responsible for carrying out customer retention measures. You represent the Förde Sparkasse at your own and strange events. That's what you bring: Training/further training: You have a completed bank or savings bank training with a broader qualification, e.g. in the form of a savings bank/bank business administration study or a comparable training. You have completed the seminar company customers or completed a comparable seminar. Personality & working methods: You work very hard and have a high degree of durability and flexibility. You enter communicatively into teamwork, decide independently and trades service-oriented with entrepreneurial thinking. Experiences & know-how: Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in customer consulting and commercial credit business with larger corporate customers and are sure to assess credit risks in commercial credit business. In particular, you have good knowledge in the construction company incl. collateral assessment, analysing and/or assessing capital service capabilities as well as the (operational) economic and financial circumstances of commercial customers.
