Start date:01.09.2026 (or later) Determination: unlimited Working time: 38,5 hours/week **P-5.2 (by house rate), depending on professional experience 3.521.30 € to 3.981.002 € gross/month

Your tasks:

• Individual support & support:You accompany and support people with high support needs in everyday work and help them develop their individual skills and enable participation.
• Asssistance & nursing assistance:You take care of assistance and care, e.g. basic care, support in food intake, toilet care, and the implementation and documentation of drug delivery.
• Planting & documentation:You plan and design individual participation according to the valid WfbM concept and document this EDV-based with the BEVIA care software.
• Cooperation & Networking:You work closely with the social service, relatives, legal advisors and other references to ensure individual and holistic support for employees.
• Team work & further development:You actively contribute to the team everyday and take part in meetings, training, teaching, training and supervision.

Your profile:

• You are a cure nursein, educatorin (m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in working with people with high support needs
• You are empathic, tolerant, resilient and have fun working with people
