Your mission For our internal customer PreZero you are in this position the link between our IT infrastructure and physical production. You make sure our systems are digitally perfectly integrated and safe. You opt for interfaces, manage industrial networks and drive digitalization directly at the shopfloor.
Coordination: Control and monitoring of service providers and partner companies in the configuration of production IT systems. Configuration & Administration: Installation and configuration of IT systems in the production environment (e.g. industrial PCs, HMIs, gateways and edge devices). Network Management: Care and optimization of the shopfloor networks (VLANs, firewalls, routing) taking into account real-time requirements. Interface Management: Support for the connection of production facilities to higher-level systems such as MES, Scada or ERP (e.g. via OPC UA, MQTT or Profinet). Cyber Security: Implementation and monitoring of security standards in production (patch management, access controls, network separation). Optimization: Analysis of process data for identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing technical improvements in the system landscape.
