As a product manager (m/w/d) in the field of technical product management at Meiser Solar GmbH, you are responsible for the independent supervision and control of projects. Your tasks include writing reports and opinions on technical issues, as well as developing solutions for problems arising during and after the assembly of our substructures. They work closely with internal departments such as production, quality assurance and sales and also cooperate with external partners and customers to develop efficient problem solutions. In addition, you collect and analyze feedback from construction sites to identify improvement potentials and implement continuous process and product optimization measures. Project activities, problem solutions and improvement measures document carefully and report regularly to the department management and other relevant stakeholders on the progress and results of the projects. In your role, you will also support the technical departments for improvements and developments as well as the commercial departments to create sound cost-benefit analyses for solution approaches.

Master/Techniker/Bachelor/Master in the field of engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, metal construction or comparable qualification Analytical and problem-solving thinking Safe handling of Microsoft Office Communication and team skills Very good technical understanding Good knowledge of English in word and writing, knowledge of German, Russian, Romanian readiness to travel Experience in creating scientific reports Knowledge of mechanical engineering/steel building standards of advantage
