They are intra-group service providers and represent the bundled view of the specialist departments vis-à-vis the IT service provider and create transparency about all requirements. In cooperation with the purchasing and provider management, they ensure the smooth running from the survey to the evaluation to the commissioning of requirements. They monitor compliance with the group-wide requirement process by the organisational units, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and thus contribute to the prevention of supervisory sanctions. They continuously develop the request process and ensure effective information exchange between all stakeholders. They moderate different exchange formats and assume the role of a mediator in the event of disagreements. They build and maintain intensive relationships with disciplines, IT and other relevant actors. They provide information for decision-makers or provide them. They initiate meaningful escalations in conflicts in cooperation with the IT controller.

Completed studies in economics, economic informatics or comparable qualifications with corresponding professional experience. Know-how about technical relationships. Ideally experience in requirement management, in handling complex IT requirements and knowledge about IT landscapes in a group. Jira knowledge or willingness to incorporate. Experience in defining standard procedures and monitoring processes. A lot of team spirit, self-responsibility, customer orientation, communication strength and enforcement capability. Moderation and conflict resolution skills.
