Comprehensive support: You treat male children and adolescents aged 14 to 21 with challenging behavior and sometimes severe traumatic life experiences. Many of the young people show binding disorders and need reliable, stable relationships as well as a professional and empirical approach. The aim of our work is to support solutions, strengthen resources and develop new perspectives together. Particular emphasis is placed on the experience and trauma pedagogical approaches that promote self-effectiveness, trust and social skills. Target-oriented help planning: You are responsible for the creation and implementation of educational, therapeutic and school or professional development goals and support the therapeutic work in the integrative educational setting. Documentation: You document your daily work carefully in care reports and documentation as well as in education planning. Parent work and network work: You shape cooperation with parents, authorities and other bodies and act as a connecting element between young people and external partners. Teamwork and shiftwork: You value a varied activity and work flexibly in shiftwork in a multi-professional team.

Qualification: state-approved educator (m/w/d), social pedagogue (m/w/d), social worker (m/w/d), health education (m/w/d) or comparable Experience: Ideally, you have already worked in stationary youth assistance. Additional qualification: A further training in trauma education, systemic advice and/or sexual education and experience in work with sexually striking young people or youth assistance. Mobility: You have a passenger car license and can accompany the young people on appointments. Detection of existing masonry protection (titer detection) and an extended guidance certificate when hiring.
