Responsible for the introduction of an international learning management system Joint construction of an international ALDI Nord Academy Control and further development of our learning technology landscape in line with international standards and the requirements of the 7 ALDI North countries Identification and prioritization of international learning technology requirements based on organisational circumstances and strategic objectives, as well as continuous exchange with experts in international business and countries Definition and optimization of processes, reporting functionality, user roles and access rights for effective learning experience and efficient administration in cooperation with IT Ensuring the standardized use of international learning tools and systems in countries Development of training and support concepts for the use of our technologies Control and support of cross-border projects under the international People Strategy Roadmap

Complete studies in the field of business management with a focus on staff, adult education, business informatics or in a comparable course of study or comparable practical experience At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in personnel development, of which at least 2 years in an international context (low discount experience), as well as experience in the management of building projects Handling learning management systems, as well as practice-proven methodological-didactic skills in the implementation and design of learning systems Great interest in technological solutions incl. Feature Releases Embossed skills in project management, an analytical, independent, structured and result-oriented way of working as well as sovereign appearance German and English knowledge in word and writing Embossed communication strength, high team capability, service and customer orientation Very good organizational and moderation and presentation skills
