Support and continuous development of RIB 4.0 as a central system for project, costing and controlling processes Analysis of existing project, costing and control processes, identification of potential for improvement and support of specialist areas in process optimization Accompanying and improving the integration of RIB with IFS, DMS, Middleware and other enterprise applications taking into account data flows, interfaces and process dependencies Close cooperation with specialist areas, key users, the central IFS team and external partners for the acceptance and structuring of requirements and their translation into implementable solutions Support for users:inside and key users in 2nd level support for RIB and project related applications for structured solution of technical and technical issues Participation in evaluations, reports and key figures relating to project processes and support in the use of data from RIB and adjacent systems
Experience with RIB 4.0 or comparable construction, project, costing or ERP software Understanding project, costing, controlling or business processes, ideally in the construction or project environment Interest in interfaces, integrations, data flows and cross-system processes Analytical and structured working methods as well as the ability to understand complex relationships Joy in cooperation with departments, key users, IT teams and external partners Communication strength, initiative and solution-oriented thinking Very good German knowledge and good English skills
