In Avacon's trainee program, you can face new challenges in a variety of business areas within two years and build your professional network. This year we are looking for 5 graduates: Inside for our trainee program and offer you an exciting start at the Helmstedt, Salzgitter or Sarstedt sites as of October 1st.

A task that enthuses The first and the last six months of your trainee program are in your sponsorship area. Whether as a trainee in a technical or commercial enterprise or in a combined interface function, we jointly check which sponsor area best fits you. This year we have five possible sponsorship areas: News Technology (salt grid), System Management (salt grid), Regulation and Net Economic Functions (Helmstedt), Asset Management at Avacon Natur (Sarstedt) and Digital and Processes at Avacon Natur (Sarstedt). Your sponsorship will give you comprehensive insights into the respective topics and your first project will not be waiting long. Own responsibility included! In addition to your deployment in the sponsorship area, further stations in other business areas provide new perspectives and exciting insights. Do you want new perspectives outside the Avacon Group? Then you can also plan an operation in a regional sister company (regional provider) or in a central, national or international E.ON company and thus build a strong network. Clearly, it is your trainee program - together we set up a plan that covers your interests, contains meaningful interfaces and offers you space for further development. From the outset, we will intensively tie you into our daily business, so you can quickly get a picture of our company. Mentoring, networking events, workshops and seminars are not empty phrases, but of course part of the trainee program.

Depending on your desired sponsorship area, you have ideally completed your course with one of the following priorities: electrical engineering, economic engineering, electrical and information technology, communications technology, energy engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, process engineering, computer science, business informatics, data science, business management, economics, economics, economics, economic law, or a related degree program. You have fun in digital solutions & working techniques and like to question the status quo to advance innovation and digitization and optimize processes. You could at best gain first practical experience in the topics of the energy world. You are open to changes, curious and have a hands-on mentality? Then you're right with us as a graduate. Communication is not a foreign word for you, whether demand, feedback or constructive criticism. You're motivated, you want to further develop and go bravely to go new ways. A structured procedure is important to you, you are keen to know and you are happy to work quickly into new topics. You win others through your negotiated communication in German and recognize your contribution to a successful team collaboration. In our network area (parts of Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalts) you are fully mobile. MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint are fundamental.
