To strengthen our team, we are looking for support at the next time:

Takeover of tasks of building monitoring of diverse projects ongoing control of the execution of projects and measures according to customer specifications Controlling and ensuring time, cost and quality control Participation in construction meetings incl. Documentation independent implementation of performance accounting as well as contract and follow-up management Participation in process design within the department

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, completed training as a construction technician (m/w/d) or comparable degree multiannual professional experience in the implementation of construction projects well-founded knowledge in the fields of VOB, HOAI and the valid statutory provisions pronounced quality, cost and time consciousness Consultancy and enforcement Communication and team skills as well as a safe, targeted appearance in handling customers Travel readiness and driving licence Class B fluent knowledge of German in word and writing
