Consultant (m/w/d) for Construction Process Optimization

The SID (STRABAG Innovation & Digitalization) is the central area of STRABAG SE, which is already setting the course for building tomorrow. We started working together to implement our slogan “Work On Progress” on our construction sites. We are looking for you for the locations Vienna or Stuttgart.Your tasks in detail: You perform construction process analyses and identify optimization potentials based on the construction site requirements You moderate workshops and communicate with our construction site and development teams You design a user-friendly and innovative construction process and integrate into the developments in sustainability and digitization, BIM, GIS, LEAN You design information management between the developments used You work closely with the respective development teams You control the integration of the planned construction process on the construction sites

You have a completed engineering degree (MINT degree programs such as civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) or engineering training Ideally, you have knowledge of the workflows on the construction site and at best have experience in operational project processing or construction management You have optimally digitization and BIM knowledge You can communicate with different target groups in a solution-oriented and targeted manner and inspire them for innovation You have a strong analytical thinking capability and are able to work up complex facts precisely and in general You use innovative methods and tools and enjoy development and digitalization You have very good German and English skills
