You are responsible for the integration of our partners (customers, logistics partners and suppliers) into our system landscape and ensure the smooth end-to-end support of our interfaces within the Henkel & Freixenet Group. You analyze business processes, create interface specifications for IT and EDI providers and implement them from SAP perspective. In your role, you act as a central interface between business units, business partners and IT stakeholders in international subsidiaries and external IT service providers. You actively accompany the transformation of SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA. You plan and carry out integration tests, prepare Go-Lives and accompany their implementation. You control and coordinate all EDI activities, monitor interfaces and support the areas of trouble analysis and the development of sustainable solutions.
You have several years of professional experience in the EDI environment as well as a well-founded knowledge in the integration of EDI solutions in SAP landscapes (e.g. ALE, RFC, SOA Manager). You are familiar with common message formats (IDoc, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, CSV) and communication protocols (AS2, HTTP, X.400, SFTP). You bring process understanding in the areas of sales, logistics & purchasing with (in particular order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay) as well as ideally experience in connecting WMS systems and logistics partners. Knowledge of integration platforms such as Seeburger BIS or the SAP BTP Integration Suite is a plus. Industry and Industrial experience is beneficial. You like to work in the team, share your knowledge actively and take responsibility for your tasks – both operational and conceptual. You are able to communicate complex technical facts clearly and understandably in German and English.
