Creation of inquiries and orders in our ERP system Determination of the need and timing of ongoing orders Working with supplier search and price negotiations Collection and maintenance of customer master files and article data in the ERP system responsible for the accounting of creditors and the implementation of bank transfers Reception of customers and guests as well as the organisation of customer visits and events Heading and organisation of the telephone centre and distribution of incoming mail

You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification Ideally, you have already gained experience in purchasing in the course of your professional activities You have good English skills in word and writing You have good MS Office knowledge and have gained experience with an ERP system You have excellent communicative skills, a friendly appearance and a good expression in word and writing Negotiating skills and enforcement strength complete your profile
