Head of AI Solutions & Architecture (m/f/d)

We shape the future – together

You define and develop the company-wide AI architecture as well as the strategic AI roadmap. You establish reference architectures, design principles and standards for scalable AI and data-driven solutions. You ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into central enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, MES and data platforms. You develop the AI operating model including platform strategy, MLOps/LLMOps and lifecycle management. You are responsible for the AI governance framework, including policies, risk assessment, release processes and Responsible AI standards. You control vendor and platform landscapes, license models as well as cost and build vs buy decisions. Prioritize the AI-Use-Case portfolio, scale solutions from PoC to production and run the AI team.

You have a degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field. You bring several years of leadership experience in AI, data, cloud or enterprise architecture roles. You have deep knowledge in AI/ML technologies, data platforms and cloud architectures in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI, Copilot, Power Platform). You have experience in AI governance, Responsible AI standards and regulatory compliance such as GDPR and EU AI Act and know enterprise and security architecture principles. You bring together sound technical expertise in MLOps/LLMOps, SQL, SAP BW, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI and understand the AI-Lifecycle holistic. You think strategically, communicate sovereignly and lead complex cross-functional initiatives. Very good German/English knowledge and international readiness complete your profile.
