Pedagogical specialist/educator for our KiTa Marienkäfer in Werl - Büderich (m/f/d)

We are looking for one*n *pedagogical specialist / educatorin (m/w/d)** in full time with 39 hours/week (5-day week) ab immediately for our Kita Marienkäfer in Werl - Büderich:

Your tasks:

• Creativity, spontaneity and the fun at work and the joy of daily admission to new situations with children
• The overview of the daily routine and the guarantee of educational quality
• Explore nature and support child interest in it
• give space and create confidence for the foundation of the child's own initiative
• Living an educational partnership with parents

Our requirements:

• At least a completed training for the educator or a comparable recognised social education
• Acceptance and participation in the natural and forest concept
• knowledge of children aged four months to six years
• Safe handling of educational documentation and writing work results
• Secure appearance to parents and children as well as independent
