Acquisition of new members by active contact (e.g. at trade fairs or B2B or B2C actions) Advice and support of our members – personally, by telephone, at events, as well as B2B and B2C actions Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships Processing concerns and complaints as well as finding appropriate solutions Support for events and presentation of the Innovation Fund on site Documentation of customer contacts and maintenance of internal systems

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) First experience in sales, advice or customer service Impressed communication skills and joy in direct exchange with people High level of time flexibility (networks, events, etc.) Service-oriented thinking and empathy in dealing with different concerns Self-employed and structured work Ideally dealing with the programs BITMARCK_21c|ng and helic21c_docs as well as good knowledge in the current MS Office applications
