Consultancy & Requirement Analysis: You accompany customers in the introduction/optimization of Salesforce, prioritize and analyze requirements, moderate workshops and translate business processes into technical and technical use cases. Use-Case Development & Business Process Design: You develop practical solution scenarios, write user stories and define harmonised end-to-end processes and journeys that match existing processes and salesforce standards. Implementation Guide: You coordinate the implementation with consultants and developers and ensure that business goals and technical implementation are consistent. Training, Adoption & Change Management: You create training materials, carry out training, promote acceptance and inspire users for a successful and sustainable salesforce introduction. Bridge between Business and IT: You connect specialist and technology, work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service and IT, and support the creation of a range of services. Business Value Consulting: You make added value measurable, evaluate the Salesforce-ROI, take Ownership for the technical scope, meet data-based build/buy/configure decisions, and prioritise features according to clear value levers.

Multiannual experience: You bring several years of experience as a business analyst, product owner or consultant, have salesforce skills and ideally experience complex system landscapes. Consultancy competence: You quickly collect complex business processes, structure them, quickly integrate yourself into new industries and safely translate requirements into user stories and solution concepts. Process understanding: You master common analysis and modeling methods. Ideally, you are familiar with the processes of sales, service and marketing. Knowledge of Methods: You master workshop moderation, design thinking and agile requirements analysis, work with agile project management methods such as Scrum and SAFe® and ideally use JIRA and Confluence. Team spirit: You are happy to work in an interdisciplinary manner with specialist areas, developers and project management. Communication strength: You can communicate safely in German and English, moderate workshops and communicate complex facts in a comprehensible way.
