Specialist Training/ Support for Internal Sales (m/f/d)

You carry out demand analyses and determine the training and support requirements related to the sales service department you provide in close coordination with the executives and specialist experts in the field. You analyze the impact of system and process changes on training and support content and use AI solutions in an analytical approach to support knowledge transfer and keep the central knowledge base, documentation and training content up-to-date. You create and modify work instructions, system descriptions and learning content in close cooperation with the Department of Sales and Process Development. You provide a structured development and development of the central knowledge base. You will develop suitable learning and training concepts (Blended Learning) in close cooperation with the process development, the Department of Sales and Human Resources Development. You coordinate a cross-functional exchange between the various sales service teams, process management and personnel development. You accompany our specialist from the sales service conceptually and mediendidally in the realization of digital and hybrid learning formats for our learning management system.

You have a degree in the fields of business management, process management, economic education or economic psychology or a comparable qualification. You have experience in dealing with learning platforms, e-learning tools and digital training formats. You have the ability to prepare complex content in a way that is addressable and to communicate it in different learning formats. You have experience in collaborating on cross-departmental projects and controlling subprojects. Good knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, preferably SAP, complete your profile. You possess analytical skills, work structured and develop both innovative and pragmatic learning concepts for complex challenges.
