In the function of the contractor (m/w/d) you are responsible for the realization of the AI and data center projects from the design, planning, implementation to completion, documentation and handover You participate in the design of the project and take over the award, control and optimization of planning services You take the vote with the authorities and obtain the necessary permits You negotiate and commission technically complex construction services and are responsible for construction monitoring You take over the project management and monitor the timely implementation including budget control and quality assurance You coordinate, organize and guide the project team from external service providers and internal departments You prepare the project report for internal decision-making and steering bodies

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture or Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering/Construction You have several years of experience in the field of new buildings, rebuildings and constructions, from conception to successful completion; ideally on the contractor side and first experience as contractor representative (m/w/d) You have well-founded experience in the project management of demanding construction projects and negotiation with external service providers You are solution-oriented, powerful and working structured and independent You see entrepreneurial thinking and acting, a high service and cost awareness as a matter of course You are passionate about innovation, automation, AI, and the digital transformation and you want to participate in major projects JOBV1_EN
