GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER/ RESERVATION SERVICE (m/w/d)

DISCLOSURE ~ Contact for our guests Administrative and operational support of the Palace Directorate ~ Customer support and guidance of (institution) agreements ~ Creation of seating plans and management of the evening guest reception

DEIN PROFIL ~ customer-related training or professional experience in the service-oriented profession ~ Joy in contact with people and work in the team ~ open-minded and service-oriented thinking and action ~ very good German knowledge, communication skills, and negotiation strength ~ Good computer skills
