Various work tasks You support the ongoing operation, maintenance and maintenance of our office real estate in the Gateway Gardens district of Frankfurt with around 59,300 m2 gross floor space and over 550 underground parking spaces in technical and infrastructural responsibility. These include the preparation of maintenance work, the collection of services for repair and energy management and monitoring tasks. Work with people You control and control the commissioned companies and service providers. At the same time, you are contact persons for our tenants in all technical matters. Digitization You also keep the object up to date digitally and actively support the documentation of maintenance, inspections, repairs and planned construction measures. Responsibility You represent for EUROPA-CENTER, headquartered in Hamburg, the “eyes and ears” at the location in Frankfurt and ensure a well-kept appearance of our property. Qualifications You have completed vocational training in the field of electrical or building technology, also with a further education as a master or with a degree in facility management or a comparable qualification. Soft skills We wish for a friendly, team- and solution-oriented personality that understands itself as a service provider for our commercial tenants. Know-how You possess a cross-sectoral, technical understanding, knowledge of operator responsibility and traffic safety obligation as well as strong German knowledge. You control the handling of MS Office. Knowledge in the field of building control technology/MSR and the willingness to further education are desirable. Flexibility regular call readiness service
