You are responsible for the safe, efficient and quality-oriented management of our production processes, in compliance with all relevant regulations and ensure a smooth and economical operation support as a central interface You the Operations Manager, ensure personal and technical availability and reliably coordinate production dates Plan, control and optimize production processes, capacities and resources and drive the continuous improvement of our processes actively also keep your team professional and disciplinary, develop employees and trainees and ensure the implementation of work and operational instructions also support your employees in operational work by monitoring chemical reactions and PLC systems, supporting production steps such as mixing and filling, extracting samples, conducting analyses, and operating plants and ensuring internal material flows

Its basis consists of a completed training in the chemical sector with a multiannual professional experience, supplemented by a further training to the master or technician or the like and the acquisition of the training certificate (AEVO) You bring well-founded knowledge in chemical production processes, production plants and relevant regulations (e.g. BetrSichV, UVV) Ideally, you already have experience in managing employees and understand how to motivate and target-oriented control teams Their communication capability is pronounced – also in English You work independently, pragmatically and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment with your commitment and flexibility, you actively shape changes and contribute to the success of our company
