Taxes of the entire customer order process, including offering creation, acceptance of orders, dispatch of documents, receivable management, complaint processing, creation of credits Implementation of operational SAP activities such as order collection, accounting, shipping documentation, return processing, open mail control, acquisition of Complaints, processing of delivery plans Creation and coordination of forward-looking shipments in order management as well as close cooperation with the warehouse to ensure smooth logistics processes. Ensuring high service levels through efficient processing of customer requests and internal, cross-departmental voting. Order processing and clarification of delivery dates and delivery status Advice and support of the external service for further development of the customer business relationship and customer retention Project participation or guidance of projects for continuous optimization of internal processes Support for digital distribution channels (e.g. EDI, eCommerce, customer portals) Regular further and further training in our own field and related topics such as OPEX, customer visits with external services

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in customer service, customer care or a comparable customer-oriented function Secure handling and many years of experience with ERP systems (SAP), MS Office & CRM (CX) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Embossed customer and service orientation as well as communication strength Structured, careful and independent operation Teamability, resilience and flexibility
