Working Student Account Management Leasing (m/f/d)

We work closely with internal and external stakeholders and shape the future leasing products for our bike area - in a young, dynamic team. Your future tasks: You support our account management in daily business and smaller customers You take initiative and go to customers – by phone and email, instead of just in the back office You proactively engage in conversations and promote topics reliably You document customer contacts carefully and keep all information up to date You process incoming mails and are the first contact point for concerns You actively contact companies from existing networks and develop relationships

You are immatriculated in an economic course (e.g. BWL, Economics, etc.) You are open, like to go to people and dare to actively talk You are communicative and have fun sharing with customers You work structured and reliable You know well with the current MS Office programs You can support us for 6 months
