Implementation of WIG welding work on pipelines, components and assemblies according to technical drawings and welding instructions
Preparation of welding work by fitting, aligning, stitching and fixing the components to be connected
Manufacture of high-quality and X-ray welded seams in compliance with current quality and manufacturing standards
Processing of complex stainless steel pipes and welding structures in plant and pipeline construction
Conducting visual inspections as well as the application of pre-determined testing methods to control welding quality
Detection, evaluation and correction of welding errors and implementation of necessary rework
documentation of the welding work carried out taking into account quality requirements and welding requirements
Complete technical vocational training, preferably in the field of metal processing, plant construction, pipeline construction or a comparable field
Multiannual practical experience in WIG welding of pipelines and stainless steels
Valid welding certificates in the WIG welding process
Safe handling of technical drawings, isometries and production documents
