For further strengthening and future-oriented orientation of the recruiting team, we are looking for an experienced personality as Senior Recruiter (m/w/d) with professional leadership.

Coordination of all recruiting activities and professional management of Recruiters:inside Design and implementation of the entire recruiting process – from the creation of the job advertisement to the successful placement Development and implementation of a future-oriented recruiting strategy, including: optimization of existing recruiting processes Further development of the employer brand Control and implementation of employer-branding or Personal marketing concepts Development and implementation of new active-sourcing strategies and acquisition of own direct-search contracts

Design, development and control of the team's technical orientation Monitoring of personnel marketing budget Further development and implementation of appropriate selection procedures Conception and development of recruiting key figures and reporting Care and advice of executives and employees in all personal questions related to recruiting Confidential and solution-oriented cooperation with the departments, the works council and other relevant bodies

Graduate in business, psychology, human resources management or professional training with multi-year professional experience in personal marketing, recruiting or a comparable area Leadership experience is desirable Knowledge gained in modern recruiting methods, especially in Active Sourcing, Social Recruiting and Employer Branding Impressive strength, high solution orientation, empathy and loadability, complemented by creativity and organizational talent Good knowledge of current MS Office applications and ideally experience in handling SAP/HR Safe handling of applicant management systems
