Your tasks:

• Customer support from the offer request via the delivery request to the parcel delivery as well as optimal support via telephone and email
• Introduction of process optimisation suggestions and ideas to increase efficiency of work processes
• Processing of complaints and complaints as part of customer support
• Professional handling of spare parts, exchange and repairs

Our requirements for you:

• Complete commercial vocational training and professional experience in direct customer contact
• First experience in administration and customer support via email and phone
• Technical understanding of customer support in problem solutions
• Self-employed, structured and careful working and quick understanding
• Secure handling of common Microsoft Office programs
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Embossed service idea and empathy in customer contact
• Very good knowledge of Italian and German in word and writing
