As an IT project manager, you will: direct IT projects independently – from requirement analysis to successful completion; select and apply appropriate project management methods (classic, agile or hybrid) depending on the customer environment and project goal Interdisciplinary project teams lead and coach as well as external partners and service providers manage budget, resources and time, as well as ensure quality and transparency through regular reporting and participation in steering circles workshops and meetings. Identify and manage risks, dependencies and optimization potentials in the course of the project Support the acquisition and supply creation and contribute to the further development of our performance portfolio

As an IT project manager, you should bring: Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in IT project management (at least 5 years, ideally 10+ years for experts) – advantageous in different industries and project sizes Knowledge of current project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI) and practical application in classic and agile projects Experience in managing complex IT projects and safe handling of internal and external stakeholders at all levels Leadership and communication strength, coupled with moderation skills and diplomatic skills in customer contact Experience in managing project portfolios or programs is a plus Technical understanding and ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions Certifications in project management (e.g. Prince2, Scrum Master, PMI/PMP, IPMA, SAFe) are desirable Interest in AI tools to use them supportively in your working day, taking into account the applicable legal requirements (e.g. EU AI Act, Data Protection, Compliance) A basic readiness to travel (3 days / week), depending on the customer situation Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English skills Flexible working time model: With us you can not only flexibly divide your working time.
