Training & Studies Officer (m/f/d)

With strategic measures, you ensure that our training offers are visible, attractive and sustainable You can control the entire selection process for trainees and students independently – from the invitation to tender to the signing of the contract During the training and study period, our junior staff will accompany you reliably and individually – with a view to development, motivation and learning success In cooperation with external educational partners and institutions, you coordinate voting, supervise interfaces and ensure a smooth running Organizational and administrative tasks around the training establishment are structured, forward-looking and with a clear view for quality You take responsibility for selection, deployment planning and support of trainees as well as participants in retraining measures With your ideas and experience, you are actively working on the further development and quality assurance of our training processes and structures

Complete studies in the field of economics, pedagogy, economic psychology or a comparable qualification – e.g. a commercial training with several years of experience in the care of trainees and dual students Good knowledge in the Vocational Training Act (BBiG); ideally with existing training (AEVO) Knowledge of training, ideally related to dual courses and relevant training guidelines Organisational skills, liabilities and a secure sense for young target groups Joy in cooperation with educational institutions and institutions and in building sustainable networks Structured, independent working and openness for new ideas and impulses Safe handling of MS Office and digital affinity for implementing modern training formats
